Got the HCMS-2914 connected and it's adorable. Everything seems to be running pretty well, but the 14-segment seems to flicker more than it should be. I'll track it down once the new encoders come in.

Figured out why the 14-segment was flickering and it was due to the +5V rail. I had put the 5V boost converter onto the 3.3V line coming out of the Feather M0...this is definitely not ideal. So, instead of powering the boost converter off of the 3.3V, I've attached it to Vbat which has fixed all of the power delivery issues.
