Otter AI tool, by default, sends a summary of a Zoom call to all participants. This sometimes-misinformation goes out directly without human review, including full-resolution screenshares. Your first notice of this as a participant may be the video recording alert in Zoom, which the host can cancel. The instance I experienced included a hallucinated “fact”.
Remediation: If the Otter customer has allowed it, as a “collaborator” you can edit the transcript, remove images, and re-generate the AI summary. But it’s too late to fix the email.
