At present it would be Ubuntu Touch. I think Manjaro Arm or KDE Neon have a lot of potential but need more polish.

@syster @e_mydata /e/ uses non free libraries. Therefore can't be completely trusted.

Does anyone know if graphene OS has the same problem or not?
