I'll give them that.
The hoops to jump through just to create a ticket, then the wait after a ticket has been created.

"Oh, we'll proceed with this ad-hoc request for now, but you need one of *these* authorized people to authorize the request."
(Literally none of the listed people are still with our company.)


And now I'm being told to do something I just did, and to expect a result different than what I reported, so we get to go back-and-forth to resolve this new issue. Woohoo!
