I just finished Day 3 of this intro meditation lesson.
I find the instructor has a weird manner of speech with leading questions that assume a given answer; but on the whole I have been enjoying this lesson a fair bit.

I'm finding 10 minutes is not as long as I would like to meditate for.

Today it was easier to witness my thoughts than yesterday.
I like to picture them getting enclosed in a bubble when I identify them. After that, they seem to float away on their own.
