My coffee is over extracted this morning. The brew stalled at the end and I dumped out the last dregs before they filtered through.
This was ~94°C water, 30s bloom and 100g pours over 30s.
I guess I'll go back to 50g pours over 15s for more consistent results.
I also just saw a single pour, no-bloom technique I'm curious to try.
