Update on the matter.
I got a reply on my request for a return label...
They stated "I ordered the non-hotswap version"...
I literally asked whether that keyboard, with that specific model number as listed on their site was hotswap and they said yes...

Don't give me the fucking "no, but you ordered something else" because even on the printout it said I ordered the right one.
