Anyone knows how to remove the ATA password of a Kingston SSDNow SSD?

Don't have the Master Password, which is kind of the problem...

@lachs0r Thanks, but it seems that this article describes how to do it while still retaining your data.
I don't care about the data that's on the drive rn, I just want a usable SSD :\

@finlaydag33k There may be a way to just remove it with hdparm if you’re not interested in the drive contents though. Too lazy to look it up tbh
